How it works

1. Sellers set up payments with Stripe. The money from each sale goes into the seller's own Stripe account.
2. The buyer pays at checkout. Our fee of 10% is taken by Stripe at that moment.
3. Shipped items: the seller ships within 5 days and adds a tracking number, or the buyer is refunded.
4. Downloads: the files open for the buyer as soon as the payment clears.
5. The seller is paid out when the buyer confirms, or 3 days after delivery. A problem report pauses it.
6. If something goes wrong, our team looks at the pictures, tracking and messages and refunds the buyer or pays the seller.
