Draft terms, waiting for legal review (2026-11-07-draft).

1. Lanombre Market is a place for people to sell to each other. The seller is responsible for the item and for describing it truly.
2. Payments are made through Stripe into the seller's own Stripe account. Lanombre Market does not hold buyer or seller money.
3. Our fee is a percent of each sale, taken at checkout and returned on a full refund.
4. The seller is paid out when the buyer confirms delivery, or 3 days after delivery unless a problem is reported first.
5. Shipped items need a tracking number. Items not shipped within 5 days are refunded.
6. Downloads must be the seller's own work or work they have the rights to sell.
7. Items on the not allowed list are removed. Repeat breaking of the rules closes the account.
8. High-volume sellers must give and confirm their details as federal law asks.
